Unison Construction Management is a committed leader in the sustainable interior design/build industry in the Vancouver market, by managing construction and maximizing value for our clients. Our goal is to forge long lasting relationships with all stakeholders, and to create value added interior and sustainable design projects in the commercial tenant improvement market.
Corporate Background
Unison Construction (formerly Sayer Construction Ltd.) was founded in 1999 by Ryan Sayer, who is the president and sole principal of Unison Construction Management Ltd.
Unison operates as a full service interior design firm with a fully integrated construction management team that operates primarily in the Vancouver, BC core and outlying suburban area markets.
Unison employs 15 full time staff, including five experienced interior designers, of which two are LEED Accredited Professionals, three construction project managers, three superintendents and a full accounting and administrative support staff.
Unison Construction’s project managers are intimately familiar with budget and schedule development, value engineering, project oversight and client relations. Our project managers and interior designers carefully assess each project on an individual basis to determine the most appropriate strategy of tackling the task at hand, and then with client approval, implement the interior design package.
Unison Construction brings organization and focus to a complex and sometimes confusing process which often includes dealing with setbacks. Any project with it’s unique requirements and challenges can run into such difficulties.
